The purpose of SHELTER10 is, and always has been, to offer our residents not only a place to live, but a home. As many of our residents are now far from their families, it is now even more vital that we continue to provide a sense of security and protection, while respecting and supporting the efforts and hard work of health professionals and community and government agencies around the world to contain this unprecedented event.
Therefore, we have taken several operational measures, such as:
- Increased cleaning and disinfection intervals, especially with a focus on door handles, sanitary facilities in common areas (including confirmation from our outside cleaning companies that cleaning staff has been specially trained for the current exceptional circumstances)
- Installation of disinfectant dispensers in common areas
Our general management is available to our residents during opening hours to answer any questions they may have.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and adjust our measures accordingly.
We at SHELTER10 understand how hard it is to make binding decisions like signing a contract at the moment. We therefore want to assure you that your booking is safe at SHELTER10 and you are completely risk-free if your plans change and you can not take your SHELTER10 room for any reasons. SHELTER10 therefore offers the Safe Booking Guarantee – this is how it works:
During your booking at SHELTER10 you will conclude a contract with us and make a pre-payment of your deposit and booking fees.
If you – for any given reasons – have to step back from your contract at a later stage, you can do this under the following rules:
If you book a room in the period until 01.06.2020 with the code “Safebooking” you can cancel your contract up to one day before the moving in date without any cancellation costs (excl.20 EUR application fee).
